  设计构思是流程的起点,需结合使用场景与功能需求。首先确定拱门尺寸,常规庆典用拱门高度多为 6-8 米,跨度 10-15 米,小型活动则可选 3-5 米高的便携款,尺寸需与场地空间匹配,避免过大导致安装困难或过小显得突兀。造型设计上,基础款为对称弧形,可添加装饰元素如云朵边、波浪纹,或融入主题图案(如节日庆典加灯笼、企业活动嵌标志),图案需简洁醒目,远距离仍能清晰识别。色彩搭配需贴合场景氛围,红色、金色适合喜庆场合,蓝白配色多用于展会,同时考虑色彩饱和度,确保阳光下不褪色、夜间灯光照射下不失真。设计完成后,需用矢量软件绘制 1:1 图纸,标注各部位尺寸、拼接位置及图案坐标,为制作提供精准依据。

The patterns should be simple and eye-catching, and can still be clearly recognized from a distance. The color matching should be in line with the atmosphere of the scene. Red and gold are suitable for festive occasions, while blue and white colors are mostly used for exhibitions. At the same time, color saturation should be considered to ensure that it does not fade under sunlight and does not distort under nighttime lighting. After the design is completed, it is necessary to use vector software to draw 1:1 drawings, marking the dimensions of each part, splicing positions, and pattern coordinates to provide accurate basis for production.

  Cutting and splicing are the core processes of production. According to the design drawings, use a cutting machine to accurately cut the fabric into various components (curved top, two side columns, decorative edges, etc.), with a cutting error controlled within ± 1cm, ensuring that the shape is neat after splicing. The splicing adopts high-frequency heat sealing technology, which melts the fabric contact surface through high-frequency current and bonds it together. The seam width is ≥ 1cm, and the heat sealing strength is ≥ 150N/5cm, which can ensure better airtightness than sewing. The curved top is the difficulty of splicing, and multiple pieces need to be gradually spliced according to the curvature. When heat sealing, the shape should be fixed with a mold to avoid distortion and deformation. Pattern printing is completed during the cutting stage, and the printing position needs to be aligned with the design drawings, with a deviation of no more than 5mm. Complex patterns need to be color coded and overprinted to ensure natural color matching. For arches with text, the text layout should be clear and easy to read, and the font size should be set according to the viewing distance (the font size of visible text from 10 meters away should not be less than 30cm).

  充气测试与修整保障使用性能。拼接完成后进行首次充气测试,充气压强控制在 0.02-0.03MPa(用压力表监测),静置 24 小时观察是否漏气,重点检查接缝处、气嘴周边有无气泡溢出,漏气点需用专用胶修补(胶层厚度 0.3-0.5mm,固化 24 小时后再测试)。测试时同步检查造型是否符合设计,如拱门两侧是否对称、弧度是否流畅,必要时通过调整局部拼接位置修正。配件安装后再次测试,拉链闭合后需保证气密性,气嘴连接充气泵后充气速度应满足 5 分钟内达到额定气压,阀门关闭后能保持压力稳定,确保使用时无需频繁补气。

  Inflatable testing and repair ensure performance during use. After the splicing is completed, the first inflation test shall be carried out, with the inflation pressure controlled at 0.02-0.03MPa (monitored by a pressure gauge), and left to stand for 24 hours to observe whether there is any air leakage. After connecting the air nozzle to the inflation pump, the inflation speed should reach the rated pressure within 5 minutes. After the valve is closed, the pressure should remain stable to ensure that there is no need for frequent air supply during use.
