The stealth principle of military camouflage net camouflage technology

一、近红外隐身原理:

1、 The principle of near-infrared stealth:

自行研制了具有近红外隐身性能的迷彩涂料,伪装网表面均用该种涂料涂覆,使伪装网的绿色斑点与自然绿色植物达到了同谱同色,可对抗可见光、近红外、多光谱成像侦察,也可对抗微光夜视侦察。

We have independently developed a camouflage coating with near-infrared stealth performance, and the surface of the camouflage net is coated with this coating, making the green spots of the camouflage net reach the same spectrum and color as natural green plants. It can resist visible light, near-infrared, multispectral imaging reconnaissance, and also resist low light night vision reconnaissance.

二、热红外隐身原理:

2、 The principle of thermal infrared stealth:

①法向热疏导

与传统伪装网相比,该种伪装网的通透率大大增加,有利于通风降温。伪装网形成的通透孔自然形成了法向热疏导,而且伪装网的针叶也是沿法向散开,使热量迅速传导到空气中。这种形态形成了立体疏导效果,构成了热红外隐身的主体。

Compared with traditional camouflage nets, this type of camouflage net has a significantly increased transparency, which is beneficial for ventilation and cooling. The transparent holes formed by the camouflage net naturally form normal heat dissipation, and the needles of the camouflage net also disperse along the normal direction, allowing heat to quickly transfer to the air. This form forms a three-dimensional guidance effect, forming the main body of thermal infrared stealth.

②热屏蔽与热斑点分割

② Thermal shielding and hot spot segmentation

该种伪装网内部涂覆了热反射层,将反射与屏蔽进行了结合。同时,不同的伪装网颜色斑点在疏密程度、表面发射率、内部反射率上进行了等级设计,使伪装网表面形成热斑点。

The camouflage net is coated with a thermal reflection layer inside, combining reflection and shielding. At the same time, different color spots on the camouflage net were graded in terms of density, surface emissivity, and internal reflectivity, resulting in the formation of hot spots on the surface of the camouflage net.

三、 雷达波隐身原理:

①散射原理

① Scattering principle

材料的针叶很密集,并且伸向各个方向,电磁波入射到针叶上,同时产生反射和透射,且多次反复。因此各个方向上都会有电磁波,这是散射原理。

The needle blades of the material are very dense and extend in all directions. Electromagnetic waves are incident on the needle blades, generating reflection and transmission, and repeated multiple times. Therefore, there will be electromagnetic waves in all directions, which is the principle of scattering.

②导线电流耗散原理

② Principle of wire current dissipation

针叶形多频谱隐身网的针叶是一种电阻型纤维,它是导体,是很多很多导线天线,导线上又有恰当大小的电阻。当电磁波入射时,会在导电纤维上产生感应电流。由于纤维有电阻,使感应电流在流动和二次发射时消耗能量。这是导线电流耗散原理。

The needle shaped multispectral stealth net is a type of resistive fiber, which is a conductor and is used for many wire antennas, with appropriate resistance on the wires. When electromagnetic waves are incident, an induced current is generated on the conductive fibers. Due to the resistance of the fibers, the induced current consumes energy during flow and secondary emission. This is the principle of wire current dissipation.

③谐振吸收原理

③ Resonance absorption principle

根据应用的条件或要求,改变针叶的长度可调节低频电性能。如欲使低频性能好,纤维长度要长一些。当导线纤维的长度正好是波长的四分之一的倍数时,导线将产生谐振作用。由于导线有电阻,因而耗散能量会更多,这是谐振吸收原理。

According to the application conditions or requirements, changing the length of the needle can adjust the low-frequency electrical performance. To achieve good low-frequency performance, the fiber length should be longer. When the length of the wire fibers is exactly a quarter of the wavelength, the wire will produce resonance. Due to the resistance of the wire, more energy is dissipated, which is the principle of resonant absorption.

④相位抵消原理

④ Principle of phase cancellation

在任何一个电磁波入射方向上,针叶排列有前有后,有左有右,电磁波的反射又是多方向的。因而任何一点接收到的电磁波是来自多个反射点,是很多很多个反射信号的叠加,每个反射信号的相位各不相同,因而会产生相位抵消作用。

In any direction of electromagnetic wave incidence, the needle arrangement has front and back, left and right, and the reflection of electromagnetic waves is multi-directional. Therefore, the electromagnetic wave received at any point comes from multiple reflection points, which is a superposition of many, many reflection signals. The phase of each reflection signal is different, and thus phase cancellation occurs.
