1.施工放线，根据要求结合防尘网图纸尺寸，找出本工程相应的基础位置，用白灰洒出准确的基础位置。

2.土方开挖，基础土方开挖采用机械开挖，人工修正挖正负零以下2.0中间距离2m，达到设计要求，合格后再浇注C15砼垫层。

3.钢筋制作和捆扎，所有进场钢筋需具有产品质量合格证，钢筋运现场后应按批次分不同等级牌号，直径分别持牌堆放。钢筋的交叉点应用铁丝扎牢，梁和柱的扎筋应于受力钢筋垂直设置，扎筋弯钩叠合处应沿受力钢筋方向错开设置。预埋件应采用固定架固定其位置，安装符合要求以后，应于钢筋笼点焊牢固，钢筋笼要与模板固接，在基础砼浇注过程中应随时复查检控，防止浇注混凝土时产生位移。

4.支护模板:基础模板可应用木模和钢模配合使用，在土质较好的基础内，可直接将土壁削平作模，安装模板前，先复查并注出地基垫层标高和中间线的位置，弹出基础边线，每个柱子有四块模板拼钉而成，连接梁由三钢模拼装而成，模板四周要设置斜撑，是模板牢固不易变形。

5.浇注混凝土:防尘网基础承台混凝土强度等级为C25，对其材料要求:水泥强度等级为325号，普通硅酸盐水泥，粗骨料围殴粒径5-20mm的卵石，细骨料为中粗砂，含泥量小于百分之3，混凝土高度为10-30mm。

Pouring concrete: The strength grade of the dustproof net foundation bearing platform concrete is C25, and the material requirements are as follows: cement strength grade is 325, ordinary Portland cement, coarse aggregate is mixed with pebbles with a particle size of 5-20mm, fine aggregate is medium coarse sand, with a mud content of less than 3%, and the concrete height is 10-30mm.

6.基础回填:撤模后，用干性粘土回填垒实。基础混凝土强度达到设计强度的百分之93以上后，即可进行防尘网钢结构安装。
