多频谱多波段伪装网的构成

多频谱多波段伪装网是由伪装网面和热隔绝层两部分组成。伪装网面由骨架网和伪装网面层组合而成。伪装网面层具有防雷达、近红外、热红外隐身功能。热隔绝层具有一定的隔热效果,具有防雷达、热红外隐身功能。热隔绝层上冲有大量的眼睑孔,以排放内部热量。利用支撑装置,使伪装网、热隔绝层和目标保持一定的间隔。
The multi spectral and multi band camouflage network is composed of two parts: the camouflage network surface and the thermal insulation layer. The camouflage net surface is composed of a skeleton net and a camouflage net surface layer. The camouflage mesh surface layer has anti radar, near-infrared, and thermal infrared stealth functions. The thermal insulation layer has a certain thermal insulation effect and has anti radar and thermal infrared stealth functions. There are a large number of eyelids punched on the thermal insulation layer to discharge internal heat. 多频谱多波段伪装网又称95伪装网,是我国研制定型的第三代伪装网,防中远红外(及热红外)侦察并兼容防光学、防雷达侦察的性能。该系列多频谱伪装网吸收了国内同类伪装网的成功经验,结合新材料、新工艺,采用热红外补偿技术、雷达波散射增强技术,大大提高了隐身性能。
Multi spectral and multi band camouflage network, also known as 95 camouflage network, is the third generation camouflage network developed and finalized in China, with a focus on preventing mid to far infrared (and thermal infrared) reconnaissance and compatibility with optical and radar reconnaissance performance. This series of multispectral camouflage nets has absorbed the successful experience of similar camouflage nets in China, combined with new materials and processes, using thermal infrared compensation technology and radar wave scattering enhancement technology, greatly improving stealth performance.
特点一:由伪装网面和热隔绝层组成,热隔绝层是由内表面涂有高反射涂层,外表面涂有高、低不同发射率涂层的热隔绝布,经冲孔缝制而成,能有效屏蔽和歪曲目标的热图。
Feature 1: Composed of a camouflage mesh surface and a thermal insulation layer, the thermal insulation layer is a thermal insulation cloth with a high reflection coating on the inner surface and a high and low emissivity coating on the outer surface, which is punched and sewn, effectively shielding and distorting the target's thermal map.
特点二:扩展了雷达隐身波段。采用了复合散射材料,使雷达隐身波段扩展。

1、可见光隐身:颜可以与各种背景颜匹配。

2、近红外隐身:绿伪装网(或绿斑点)近红外光谱反射率不小于0.5。
